Everyone on Whop is clipping. This is different.

Refer once. Get paid on every payment.

30% of Whop’s profit. Every time their customers pay.

OneStack is the playbook, software and coaching to become a Whop Partner: refer businesses onto Whop and hand each one a finished store.

The opportunity

Everyone is clipping.
Nobody is referring businesses.

Ask anyone how to make money on Whop and they say clipping, content rewards or affiliate links. Each one puts you in a line behind thousands of people doing the same thing, faster and cheaper. Business referrals are the quiet lane: no audience, no content, and you get paid on the whole business, not one sale.

One referred business pays you on every payment it takes for the length of the referral. Whop’s terms currently state 6 months, and your dashboard shows each referral’s end date.

The model

Refer the business.
Earn on everything it processes.

Find a business with a real reason to use Whop, make the introduction, and track what happens under Whop’s Partner rules. The sales belong to the business. The partner share is separate, and it’s yours.

Illustration One $97.00 payment: $97.00 × 2.7% + $0.30 = $2.92 Whop fee · 30% × $2.92 = at most $0.88 yours. You get 30% of Whop’s profit, which is its fee minus its own costs, so your real number is lower. The business keeps its sale; your share comes from Whop’s side.

  3. WhopTakes its fee

  4. Back to you30% of Whop’s profit

On every transaction for the length of the referral (Whop’s terms currently state 6 months; your dashboard shows each end date). Less than 30% of the fee, because Whop’s costs come out first. Plus 1% of their Whop ad spend.

One referral, then it runs

Small payments, around the clock, that add up.

A referred business keeps selling memberships, courses or access. Whop charges its fee on each payment, and your 30% of Whop’s profit on it arrives with it, plus 1% of anything they spend on Whop ads. Each one is small. Across a business processing real volume, they stack into a daily number that pays while you sleep.

One rule keeps it honest: a business that signs up but never processes a payment pays you nothing. That is why OneStack is built around getting owners live and selling, not just signed up.

The playbook

Find the hole. Say one thing.
Hand them a finished store.

Most people message every business they can find, write a wall of text, and get ignored. The system is the opposite: pick one niche, run every business through six questions, send one short message about the one thing that annoys the owner, then do the setup for them.

Six-question setupIn the Toolkit

Run this on every business before you type a word. It turns “I have no idea what to say” into one clear reason to reach out. Example: a trading group found on X.

  1. 1
Where is it hosted?Website with pricing; the “live trading room” button opens a Discord.
  2. 2
How do they take payment?“Start now” goes to a PayPal checkout. Nothing else.
  3. 3
What happens right after someone buys?Emailed an invite, added to SMS alerts, then added to Discord.
  4. 4
How do they deliver access?By hand, over email. Invites land in spam; buyers never get in.
  5. 5
Where is the journey manual or confusing?Every new member and every cancellation is a human task.
  6. 6
What specific problem does Whop solve for this owner?Pay → instant Discord access. Cancel → instant removal. No support tickets, less churn.
Treat everything visible as a clue, not revenue.Output: one pain point that saves them time or money, or makes them more.

The wall of text

Hi there, I hope this message finds you well. My name is … and I wanted to reach out regarding an exciting opportunity with Whop, an all-in-one platform for creators and communities. Whop offers checkout, memberships, Discord integration, affiliate tools, analytics, courses, licensing, CRM, app marketplace, mobile app, 24/7 support, …

Reads like a lawyer. Lists every feature. Never gets finished.

The one-pain-point message

Hey Marcus, quick one about the Apex trading room. Do you know how many buyers never make it into the Discord after paying through PayPal? It’s usually more than owners think. I set up a flow that drops them in the second they pay and removes them when they cancel. Worth a look?

Specific business. One problem. Starts a conversation instead of closing.

Owners get DMs all day. Short and specific stands out.The goal of message one is a reply, not a deal.

Where most referrals die

A “yes” is not a deal. A live store is.

An interested owner does not pay you. A business processing payments through your partner link does. So you don’t send a link and hope. You build the store for them: logo, products, pricing, team seats, public checkout, even an embed into the checkout they already use. The owner opens a finished account under your referral and does one thing themselves: identity verification.

Do this well and something else happens: owners start introducing you to other owners. Referrals come to you, with no outreach.

How it works

One market.
One campaign.
A clear next step.

You don’t need to create a product or build a custom service for every prospect. Your job is to find a fit, start useful conversations, and follow through. This is the process we work on together.

Set up once Then it runs

See both ways in
  1. Step 1

    Choose the right market

One niche you understand or can learn fast: trading groups, coaching communities, course creators, paid newsletters. You learn how they sell, take payments and deliver access. That knowledge is your ammo.

You get one clear market to target, and a reason owners will listen.
  2. Step 2

    Find good businesses

Build a focused list of businesses already selling. Join the free tier or trial to see the customer experience from the inside. Track every lead from day one: business, niche, links, notes, status.

You build a researched prospect list in the tracker.
  3. Step 3

    Qualify every lead

Run the six-question setup on each one. Where is it hosted, how do they get paid, what happens after purchase, where is it manual. Skip the ones with no hole.

You build a clear reason to reach out, or a reason to skip.
  4. Step 4

    Write and send outreach

One short, informal message about the one pain point, from the accounts you already have. No feature list. No follower count needed. Follow-ups are written for you.

You build outreach worth replying to.
  5. Step 5

    Follow up and sort replies

It is a numbers game: dozens to hundreds of messages before replies are steady. Some say no, some ghost, some say yes. Respectful follow-ups and a clean tracker keep the warm ones from slipping.

You build a clear next step for each prospect.
  6. Step 6

    White-glove onboarding

Create the business in your partner dashboard, build the store, products, checkout and access delivery, then hand the owner a finished account. They verify identity and start taking payments.

You get a ready-made handoff flow and the Whop AI setup prompt.
  7. First payment

    The moment you start earning

The business takes its first payment through your referral. From here, 30% of Whop’s profit on each payment is yours, without redoing steps 1 to 6.

  8. Step 7

    Track deals and improve

Watch payments land in your partner dashboard. Review what got replies and what did not, tighten the message, and go again. Ask every live owner who else they know.

You build a campaign that compounds instead of restarting.

Inside the Accelerator

Build your campaign with help,
not guesswork.

The Toolkit gives you the plan. The Accelerator runs it with you: an agent that researches and drafts against the playbook, a workspace that keeps every campaign organised, weekly coaching where you bring real replies, and us on the owner conversations you’re not sure how to handle. It’s early access, so we tell you exactly what is live before you join.

  • Step-by-step Accelerator training

Niche selection, the six-question setup, message writing, follow-up cadence and the white-glove handoff, recorded step by step. New lessons are added during early access.

  • Campaign scripts and working resources

First messages by pain point, three follow-ups, reply handling for “not now”, “how much” and “we’re fine on PayPal”. Adapted to the business, never sent generic.

  • Research and drafting agent

Give it a niche. It finds businesses, runs the six questions, flags the hole, and drafts the first message for you to check and send. Improved weekly during early access.

  • Weekly group coaching

Bring your list, your messages, or a reply you don’t know how to answer. We work it live. Recorded, so nothing is missed.

  • Private member chat

Ask between calls, share wins and screenshots, get a second pair of eyes on a message before it goes out.

  • We join the hard conversations

When an owner says yes and you’re not sure what to do, we review the thread daily and join one call per deal for your first 3 interested owners.

The focusYour market, your outreach, your next conversation.

What will I build inside the Accelerator?
One complete Whop Partner campaign from start to finish: choosing a market, finding businesses, checking the fit, sending outreach, handling replies, helping businesses get started, and tracking every step.
How does a Whop Partner actually earn?
Whop charges businesses a fee on each transaction (2.7% + $0.30 at the time of writing; check Whop’s fee terms). When a business you referred sells on Whop, you earn 30% of Whop’s profit on that sale: its fee minus its own processing costs, so less than 30% of the fee itself. It comes out of Whop’s side, not the business’s revenue. Refer another partner and you also earn on the businesses they bring. Each referral runs for a set period, shown in your partner dashboard; Whop’s earnings terms currently state 6 months. That is why the method targets businesses already processing real volume: Whop’s fee on a business processing $50k a month is about $1,500, so your share is at most $400–$500 a month, and less once Whop’s costs come out. Confirm your current terms in your Whop partner dashboard. They are Whop’s rules, not ours.
What does OneStack OS do?
OneStack OS finds and sizes businesses, researches each one, drafts your messages and checks them against the rules, tracks every follow-up, and preps each deal (demo-store brief, Loom script, savings slide). It never sends anything; you do. Check its facts and suggestions before using them. They are not a closer, not a guarantee of good leads, and not a substitute for your judgment. During early access we show you what works now and what’s still being finished.
Can I start with no experience?
Experience alone doesn’t decide fit. What matters is whether you want implementation help and are ready to spend time researching businesses, contacting owners and following through. If you’d rather learn at your own pace first, the qualification flow points you to the $20 Toolkit.
Do I get paid when a business signs up?
No. You get paid when a business you referred processes payments on Whop. A sign-up that never sells pays nothing. That is why the playbook and the Accelerator are built around white-glove onboarding: the store is finished and taking money before you move on.
How often do payouts arrive?
Your share is calculated on each payment your referred businesses take, so it accrues throughout the day rather than as one monthly cheque. You see every payment and your cut in the Whop partner dashboard. Withdrawal timing and minimums are set by Whop.
How much outreach does it really take?
More than most people expect. Plan on dozens to hundreds of short, respectful messages before replies are steady. Some owners say no, some ghost, some say yes. The system is designed so every message is specific enough to be worth sending, and the tracker makes sure warm replies are never lost.
Do I need followers or my own product?
No. You are referring businesses, not selling your own course or promoting products. A personal email and social accounts with no followers are enough, because the message is about the owner’s business, not about you. You still have to send it and hold the conversation.
What help do I get when I’m stuck?
Bring your work to the weekly group coaching call, or ask in the private member chat. Calls are recorded so you can watch them back.
What is the 30-day value guarantee?
Attend your onboarding call, send and log 100+ messages, and attempt at least one handoff (if 100+ logged messages produce no interested owner, that condition counts as met). If you did the work and don’t believe the Accelerator was worth the price, ask within 30 days of purchase and we refund in full.
What happens when I message you?
We look at your situation, the work you’re ready to do, and whether the Accelerator can help. We explain the current lessons and software, support, price and any separate costs before you decide. There is no obligation to join.

Refer once. Then let it run.

Four questions and we point you to the Toolkit or the Accelerator, or tell you it isn’t a fit yet.
